This year, HIC Coffee Mornings are being held at independent cafés across the city, where participants will hear directly from the proprietors about their businesses. Each visit offers insight into their passion for sustainability, local produce, entrepreneurship, and Helsingborg’s local history, institutions, and traditions.
Bruket Kaffebar has been a beacon of sustainability since opening its doors in 2019. Founders Hanna and William have created a warm, friendly, living-room atmosphere, serving food made from seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients.
Since 2019, they have expanded beyond the original café to open Lilla Bruket in Tågaborg, as well as a bakery located close to Bruket Kaffebar.
Join us for a summery coffee morning in the courtyard at Bruket Kaffebar (weather permitting!) and hear from Hanna about their mission to provide good, sustainable food while making a positive difference in society.
